Rosin obtained by the removal of turpentine by direct heat or steam distillation. Usually light yellow to tan. Soluble in alcohol, benzene, ether. Insoluble in water.

It is used to make washing soap, metal soap, varnish, ink, welding materials, insulating materials, etc., and is used as a sizing agent for paper and a softener for increasing the adhesion of rubber.
We normally list 2 years as the shelf life in our COA, the real shelf life is actually much longer than 2 years if it's stocked in good condition (bags are sealed enough, away from direct sun-light, moisture and other incompatible chemical materials).
